Profit taking continues at KSEUpdated at: 1848 PST, Wednesday, March 11, 2009 KARACHI: Profit taking continued to erode values of leading scrips at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) Wednesday as 100- Index plunged by 104.10 points or 1.84 percent to close at 5557.92, dealers said. The turnover volume was low at 62.533 million shares as prices of 296 sustained losses and 57-recorded gains while 16 remained unchanged. The "Nano Europa" will be powered by a 3-cylinder all-aluminum gasoline engine with 5-speed automatic transmission, Tata Motors said in a statement. The car is aimed at select international markets, said the company.

Updated at: 1127 PST, Wednesday, March 04, 2009 SINGAPORE: Crude prices in Asian markets today were seen on the decline.In Singapore markets today, US crude April contract down by 54 cents was seen at $41.11 per barrel, while London Brent North Sea April contract eroded by 59 cents traded at $43.11.Analysts attributed fall in crude prices to the US aggravating recession situation and massive layoff of 0.6 million employees and, thereby, drop in US consumption of energy which incidentally is the largest consumer of energy in the world..
